Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary technology partner and strategic advisor to Finance leadership, translating Finance strategy into product strategies, roadmaps, investment proposals, and execution plans.
  • •Own the complete Finance domain portfolio inventory and maintain the Finance system catalog as the authoritative record across applications, services, vendors, dependencies, risks, and lifecycle status.
  • •Own and manage multiyear roadmaps and lifecycle decisions (retain, retire, refactor, migrate, eliminate, tolerate, invest), including controlled replacement and retirement plans.
  • •Lead Finance technology modernization and transformation across EPM, ERP, shared services, automation, reporting, data, tax, compliance, and regional capabilities; drive platform consolidation and measurable outcomes.
  • •Own multiyear cost and investment planning for the Finance technology portfolio, manage actual-versus-budget performance and forecasts, and govern contract, vendor, license, risk, controls, and service performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • •At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise applications, finance technology, product management, or business transformation.
  • •Significant leadership experience supporting Finance functions in a global enterprise, including demonstrated ownership of complex application and services portfolios.
  • •Experience developing and executing multiyear technology roadmaps, including leading finance ERP/EPM/shared-services/automation transformation initiatives.
  • •Working knowledge of Finance controls (SOX, audit, security, privacy, records-retention, and regulatory requirements) and experience managing budgets, forecasts, investments, and business cases.
