  • •Drive problem resolution to completion for customer SCARs and internal escapes, ensuring key milestones like containment, root cause analysis, and mistake proofing are met.
  • •Use PPAP core elements (PFMEA, MSA, process flow, control plans) to identify risks and propose mitigation solutions.
  • •Maintain QMS reporting and support management of customer scorecards, corrective actions, manufacturing dashboards, and CPI project tracking; update weekly/monthly quality reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience working in regulated or quality-controlled environments with established standards and procedures.
  • •Experience supporting or operating within a Quality Management System (QMS), including participation in quality processes, documentation, or compliance activities.
  • •Ability to work collaboratively with an Integrated Product Team (IPT) and support functional groups to implement process improvements.
