Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the enterprise AI orchestration platform and AI ecosystem, including the orchestration layer, agent frameworks, LLM integrations, model routing infrastructure, and platform roadmap/budget.
  • •Manage end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, balancing scope, timeline, and quality across cross-functional teams.
  • •Serve as primary contact for AI and cloud vendors—negotiating contracts, SLAs, and budgets and monitoring performance/delivery.
  • •Lead change management and adoption initiatives to embed AI capabilities sustainably across the organization.
  • •Establish governance and compliance frameworks for responsible AI (agent behavior, model lifecycle, data protection, access control) and provide technical oversight for architecture standards and solution proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics or equivalent.
  • •9–10 years in product & tech, including at least 3 years in AI product or platform ownership/management.
  • •Experience in a Consulting environment for at least 3–5 years.
  • •Hands-on practitioner experience with frontier systems such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini (including advanced features).
  • •Familiarity with AI orchestration platforms and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Azure AI Foundry), plus end-to-end project/product management and vendor/change management experience.
