Job Summary

Support enterprise sales teams by qualifying leads, identifying customer pain points, and translating technologies into solutions aligned to business goals. Lead demos, architecture sessions, RFP/RFI processes, and hands-on POCs, then convert POCs into contracts. Serve as an internal/external trusted advisor with thought leadership across BytePlus technologies, influence regional product roadmaps with market feedback, and present value to C-suite stakeholders while driving adoption of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Support sales teams to qualify leads, identify customer pain points, and translate technologies into solutions aligned with customer business goals.
•Lead qualification through demos, presentations, architecture design sessions, and technical workshops using technical expertise and sales acumen.
•Own RFP/RFI and hands-on POC processes, ensure stakeholder collaboration, and convert POCs into contracts.
•Provide trusted-advisor thought leadership internally and externally with deep understanding of Bytedance B2B technologies, including presenting to C-suite and technical stakeholders.
•Collaborate with solution, product, strategy, and R&D teams to influence product roadmaps using market feedback, and build/improve tools and processes to scale customized technical POCs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or above and 3+ years of related experience, ideally in solution engineering, IT solution consulting, or pre-sales.
•Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills demonstrated through prior projects.
•Deep understanding of video PaaS solutions (livestreaming, RTC, video on demand, CDN) and ML-driven solutions (recommendation, computer vision, NLP, audio processing).
•Preferred: developer skills including front-end web (JS and JS frameworks) and native apps (iOS, Android).
•Preferred: knowledge of back-end microservice architecture, server-side API integration, network architecture/topologies, and public cloud IaaS; plus experience in project management.
