•Own growth across a portfolio of accounts, building trusted relationships that expand advertiser revenue and unlock long-term opportunities.
•Lead high-impact client engagements to identify new prospects, uncover campaign opportunities, and shape how brands use TikTok for growth across content, commerce, and consumer demand.
•Develop data-led narratives, presentations, and sales proposals that translate client objectives into persuasive TikTok growth strategies.
•Proactively identify clients’ biggest business challenges and mobilise cross-functional teams to solve them using TikTok’s creative, media, and commerce solutions.
•Manage pipeline and partnership progress with discipline to move opportunities from early conversation through execution and measurable business impact.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•3+ years of experience in sales/marketing or partnerships across beauty and skincare.
•Strong understanding of the local and global media ecosystem.
•Strong commercial instincts and ability to build trusted client relationships through communication and presentation.
•Ability to plan and manage significant advertising budgets and campaigns.
