Key Responsibilities

•Perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Motorola LMR Astro 25 trunking products.
•Provide customer training and support, including communicating technical concepts and recommendations.
•Assist in design, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Motorola product lines using systems knowledge.
•Program subscribers and infrastructure equipment using Motorola RSS/CPS software.
•Apply understanding of infrastructure technologies, including networking and information assurance/group policy concepts, in a network administrative capacity.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of experience in LMR, RF systems, radio frequency/communications, public safety, wired/wireless communication systems, networking equipment, engineering, IT, or military.

•Willing and capable of meeting requirements to obtain a DHS Public Trust Clearance; employment is contingent on passing.
•Demonstrate strong networking skills and experience with infrastructure technologies (Motorola Astro 25 cores, MCC console lines, third-party networking equipment).
•Proficiency with Motorola RSS/CPS software and ability to obtain CompTIA Security+ certification.
