  • •Partner with Account Executives, Regional Sales Directors, and Solution Consulting leaders to cover active accounts, build pipeline, and exceed new business growth targets.
  • •Develop the team and elevate the technical bar across Solution Consulting.
  • •Support enablement programs and deepen capabilities in AI/Agents, hyperscalers (AWS/GCP), cloud data platforms (Snowflake/Databricks), and Workday platform innovation (Workday Build).
  • •Mentor and provide clear expectations and actionable feedback to advance each team member’s skills, business acumen, and impact.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in a sales-related role selling enterprise software (e.g., sales, presales, value management, customer success).
  • •2+ years of experience as a manager with strong leadership, management, and coaching skills.
  • •2+ years of technical experience in SaaS with working knowledge of AI / Agentic AI.
  • •Preferred experience with enterprise application technologies such as ERP, CRM, public cloud, architecture, integrations, security, and reporting/analytics.
  • •Demonstrated ability to coach individuals to learn new skills and achieve career goals.
