Detail Supervisor

Lead day-to-day operations in a vehicle Inspection Center by supervising hourly associates and managing safe vehicle flow for repairs. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly inventory production and quality targets while coaching performance, resolving conflict, and ensuring adherence to systems, policies, and standards. Review mechanical and physical defects, train team members using quality control standards, and partner with the General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on estimated repair costs and overall vehicle quality.
