Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead production and coordination of structural designs across all design stages.
  • •Own key structural design packages within large multidisciplinary projects.
  • •Manage interfaces with architects, MEP, geotechnical, and other disciplines to ensure coordinated delivery.
  • •Ensure delivery to programme, budget, and quality requirements, including compliance with applicable standards, codes, and safety in design.
  • •Lead and/or undertake design reviews and technical governance processes; provide technical input and guidance to complex design challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience delivering structural designs for metro schemes and station design, ideally including sub-surface metros.
  • •Proven track record delivering structural designs across the full life cycle with quality, accuracy, and coordination.
  • •Solid structural engineering fundamentals and engineering judgement to resolve complex design challenges.
  • •Ability to take ownership of structural design scope and manage programme, quality, and technical delivery requirements.
  • •Effective leadership and mentoring capability, including reviewing outputs and supporting team development.
