Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain an independent, current view of each client’s creditworthiness and communicate risk perspectives to business and risk partners.
  • •Perform ongoing monitoring and periodic deal reviews, approving or recommending renewals, modifications, or exits as appropriate.
  • •Analyze financials and projections to support accurate risk ratings and early identification of emerging credit issues and industry trends.
  • •Manage underwriting/approval/documentation for transactions including new money, renewals, extensions, amendments, waivers, and ancillary products.
  • •Oversee compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines; manage a larger, more complex portfolio and guide junior staff work as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,500 - 207,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial banking, portfolio management, underwriting, or a related discipline.
  • •Subject matter expert understanding of accounting, credit analysis, portfolio management, structuring, underwriting, and legal documentation.
