Job Summary

Design and guide the implementation of complex, production-grade application modernization solutions on Red Hat OpenShift. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design of complex, production-grade solutions using Red Hat OpenShift, including IDPs, CI/CD modernization, and AI-assisted workflows.
•Run technical discovery sessions and workshops to identify customer challenges and demonstrate Red Hat’s portfolio value.
•Act as a subject matter expert for platform engineering and AI-assisted application modernization, guiding design, pilot, and production deployments.
•Help customers identify blockers to modern software delivery adoption and collaborate on technical and business requirements.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in a senior technology role such as enterprise architecture, consulting, or sales engineering, focused on large-scale infrastructure and platform adoption.
•Extensive hands-on experience building and managing internal developer platforms (IDPs) and optimizing developer workflows toward production.
•Practical experience with AI-assisted coding assistants, AI-driven application modernization, and integrating LLMs/AI services into enterprise software delivery.
•Significant experience with Kubernetes and container platform deployments in large organizations, preferably with Red Hat OpenShift.
•Deep understanding of modern CI/CD pipelines, GitOps methodologies (e.g., ArgoCD, Tekton), and microservices architectures.
