  • •Oversee NYS T&I Quality Managers and assign Quality Managers to NYS T&I projects
  • •Develop Quality Managers and monitor/enforce quality standards for contractors and project activities
  • •Review and approve project quality management plans and perform required quality assurance reviews and audits
  • •Identify process and procedure improvement opportunities affecting consistent quality delivery
  • •Assist with writing project proposals and preparing budgets; serve as Quality Manager on active projects
