•Lead and develop a team of analysts focused on recruiting intelligence and workforce insights.
•Partner with Recruiting and ES leadership to define metrics, forecast trends, and deliver strategic recommendations.

•Drive agentic analytics workflows by architecting AI-powered tools to predict emerging talent trends.
