Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a range of technical and administrative processes, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, and post-production wrap-up.
  • •Assess the proposed technical rider and propose changes in line with budgetary targets.
  • •Ongoing assessment of production requirements with a goal to identify ongoing efficiencies for upcoming seasons.
  • •Build and maintain production budgets throughout feasibility, sign-off and operational stages; monitor local spends and identify optimization opportunities; close the event P&Ls.
  • •Lead the due diligence on key partners and suppliers and develop long-term deals to facilitate geographical expansion.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in the event production industry.
  • •Fluent English and preferably one of 5 Nordic Languages (Dutch, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian).
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and pull together multiple aspects of an event in an organized and efficient way.
  • •Have a strong network of vendors and venues.
  • •Understanding of technical production requirements and familiarity with permitting processes.
