Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and support a team of Junior Systems Engineers and Interns, including mentoring, coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • •Serve as an escalation point for technical and nontechnical issues affecting the team and assist with client escalations.
  • •Own technical projects by providing oversight, guidance, recommended solutions, and consultative services to clients.
  • •Manage the day-to-day relationship for a designated subset of clients in partnership with the managing Client Technology Manager and attend client meetings.
  • •Participate in on-call escalation rotations and contribute to initiatives to improve processes, technology, and service delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •At least two years of people-management experience and five years of professional IT experience in desktop support, systems engineering, systems administration, or a related technical function.
  • •Experience providing end-user and desktop support for Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, desktop computers, and mobile devices.
  • •Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop technical team members.
  • •Experience supporting a Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID/Azure Active Directory, and Teams).
  • •Knowledge of Windows Server platforms, Active Directory, and Group Policy; familiarity with Citrix XenApp (or similar) and endpoint threat-management solutions such as Sophos.
