Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE before caring for the day’s patients.
  • •Use modern technology to access your schedule and commute to each patient’s home.
  • •Build rapport with patients while collecting information and providing services.
  • •Deliver patient-centric, low-acuity diagnostic care including phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs.
  • •Label samples properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and the ability to operate autonomously with a focus on quality.
  • •Technologically savvy; comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently or in a team environment.
  • •Reliable transportation and the ability to access patient homes (including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds).
  • •To begin working with patients: state-required licensure/proof of training (or national certification), Basic Life Support (BLS), valid Driver’s License, and current vehicle insurance.
