  • •Lead digital transformation initiatives, including implementation of emerging technologies such as AI, automation, cloud, and big data.
  • •Manage program change, financial/resource planning, and vendor/contract management, including alignment with governance, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 8 years of experience in project and program management, preferably in local and regional environments.
  • •Advanced experience leading global or regional technology programs with multiple stakeholders and delivering digital transformation initiatives.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field; postgraduate specialization in project management is preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments and architectures, with experience across agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • •PMP/PgMP and Agile/Scrum certifications are valued, and technical certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or DevOps-related) are a strong plus.
