Service Delivery Manager

Lead and manage delivery of managed services across a client portfolio, acting as the trusted single point of accountability for service performance and client satisfaction. Own end-to-end service delivery (run, improve, govern), monitor SLA/KPI performance, and ensure compliance with personal data and control frameworks. Drive service reviews, reporting dashboards, escalations, budgets and financial performance, and cross-functional coordination across onshore, nearshore, offshore, and partners.
