•Enforce company safety rules, conduct safety meetings/tool box talks, and ensure facilities operate safely.
•Complete required daily reporting and maintain job records such as schedules; resolve regulatory, safety, personnel, and production problems in a timely manner.

•Supervise and direct an asphalt paving crew (6–12) and ensure proper placement of resources.
•Strictly adhere to the company’s Manual of Safety Practices and Procedures and company policies; be willing to travel, work nights, and weekends as necessary.
