Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the Group’s private markets sub-portfolio and ensure alignment with investment guidelines, risk limits, and long-term value objectives.
  • •Develop and implement an approved portfolio strategy with the support and supervision of the CIO.
  • •Screen new investment ideas across private equity (buyout, secondary, venture capital/growth), private debt, and real assets.
  • •Conduct deep research and analysis of funds and companies, and monitor sector, regional, economic, and asset class trends.
  • •Draft and present investment material to the Investment Committee; monitor portfolio developments and implement internal controls to safeguard assets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree combined with an MBA or Master’s in Finance/Accounting.
  • •CFA is preferred.
  • •10+ years of work experience in private markets investments.
  • •Hands-on experience with fundamental analysis, due diligence, and corporate valuation.
  • •Ability to measure private markets portfolio risks in the context of broader Group asset allocation.
