Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide product application and technical assistance to customers, customer service, and the sales force on a core set of products.
  • •Create and conduct sales-force, customer-service, and customer training on products and applications.
  • •Participate on cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing communications and custom product solutions).
  • •Develop an understanding of customers’ operations and applications and assess how production/testing changes affect product applications.
  • •Perform construction takeoffs based on customer-specified requirements and industry standards, and support documentation for product line managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •No relocation benefit; only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Highland, IL or Syracuse, NY (Active-Duty Military Service members exempt from the geographic limitation).
  • •2+ years of relevant work experience (preferred).
  • •SAP/Business Warehouse knowledge (preferred).
  • •Experience using Bluebeam software and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection equipment (preferred).
