Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end purchase order processing for an assigned supplier portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • •Coordinate daily with suppliers, production, and internal stakeholders to resolve shortages, quality issues, and delivery deviations.
  • •Act as the operational point of contact between suppliers and production/product/FSQA teams, including planning enablement, performance tracking, and product substitution management.
  • •Own KPI performance (including OTIFIQ), conduct root-cause analysis, drive preventive actions, and present updates in WBRs.
  • •Monitor forecast and order flows to maintain service levels and minimize discrepancies, while identifying process improvements to reduce error rates and waste.
