Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor security consulting teams, guiding the design and delivery of integrated security systems including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, duress, real-time locating, and networked security technologies.
  • •Drive security projects from initial planning through closeout, delivering studies, concept and detailed designs, tender support, construction administration, and project management services.
  • •Conduct physical security audits, assessments, and evaluations to identify risks and improve security resilience.
  • •Develop technical reports, specifications, proposals, presentations, and other client deliverables to support successful outcomes.
  • •Build client relationships and support business growth by identifying opportunities, preparing winning proposals, and facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagements.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in security consulting (or a related field) with transferable expertise.
  • •Current BC Security Consultant Licence is required.
  • •Demonstrated success managing large and complex security consulting projects.
  • •Experience supporting business development, including proposal and bid preparation.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Works and Government Services Canada Level 2 Security Clearance and work in secure environments.
