Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor security consulting teams, guiding the design and delivery of integrated security systems including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, duress, real-time locating, and networked security technologies.
•Drive security projects from initial planning through closeout, delivering studies, concept and detailed designs, tender support, construction administration, and project management services.
•Conduct physical security audits, assessments, and evaluations to identify risks and improve security resilience.
•Develop technical reports, specifications, proposals, presentations, and other client deliverables to support successful outcomes.
•Build client relationships and support business growth by identifying opportunities, preparing winning proposals, and facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagements.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in security consulting (or a related field) with transferable expertise.
•Current BC Security Consultant Licence is required.
•Demonstrated success managing large and complex security consulting projects.
•Experience supporting business development, including proposal and bid preparation.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Works and Government Services Canada Level 2 Security Clearance and work in secure environments.
