Job Summary

Own materials planning and SIOP execution by monitoring assembly completion against firing order and CODD shipping dates. Analyze production specifications and plant capacity to determine manufacturing needs, and plan/schedule workflow across departments using established lead times. Create and maintain production orders, incorporate available assembly into the production schedule, and deliver weekly planning reports while leading a team of planners and supporting EHS practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor assembly completion based on firing order and establish sequence/lead time to meet shipping dates according to CODD.
•Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data to calculate manufacturing process, tools, and human resource requirements.
•Plan and schedule workflow for departments and operations using established manufacturing lead times.
•Create production orders on time based on the firing order sequence and incorporate available assembly into the production schedule.
•Provide weekly planning reports on production plan performance, lead a team of planners, and support EHS practices across the site.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience
•Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
•In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Excellent understanding of an ERP system (SAP; PELICO is an advantage)
