Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor assembly completion based on firing order and establish sequence/lead time to meet shipping dates according to CODD.
  • •Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data to calculate manufacturing process, tools, and human resource requirements.
  • •Plan and schedule workflow for departments and operations using established manufacturing lead times.
  • •Create production orders on time based on the firing order sequence and incorporate available assembly into the production schedule.
  • •Provide weekly planning reports on production plan performance, lead a team of planners, and support EHS practices across the site.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • •Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
  • •In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • •Excellent understanding of an ERP system (SAP; PELICO is an advantage)
