Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with clients to ascertain bespoke training requirements and build trusted, collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • •Execute expert development programmes by designing and delivering workshops both virtually and in-person.
  • •Develop new learning content, workshops and development solutions.
  • •Support the evolution of the Expert Products portfolio and identify development needs with clients to recommend solutions.
  • •Contribute ideas, innovation and best practice to the wider People Development team.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working in Financial Services as a subject matter expert, consultant, adviser, specialist or technical professional.
  • •Strong understanding of corporate Financial Services environments and the challenges faced by expert professionals.
  • •Ability to draw on credible personal experience, examples and case studies to support learning and development.
  • •Strong presentation and communication skills, including influencing stakeholders and building trusted relationships.
  • •Experience designing development solutions, workshops or learning content, with a genuine interest in helping expert professionals maximise their impact.
