Key Responsibilities

•Take on projects that matter and see them through to production.
•Build features end-to-end, from data model to UI, and own them after launch.
•Make decisions about architecture, scope, and tradeoffs without waiting around for direction.
•Work closely with customers, design, and product to figure out what’s actually worth building.
•Contribute to a high standard of code quality, system design, and operational reliability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience building and operating production systems in a generalist engineering role, with ability to move across the stack (data model, API, UI, deployment).
•Strong communication skills, especially in writing, and ability to talk to customers and cross-functional teams.
•Comfort with making architecture, scope, and tradeoffs decisions without waiting for direction.
•Experience working in or with fast-growing startups and understanding the demands of such environments.
•Familiarity with identity, security, distributed systems, or large-scale data systems is a plus.
