Key Responsibilities

  • •Take on projects that matter and see them through to production.
  • •Build features end-to-end, from data model to UI, and own them after launch.
  • •Make decisions about architecture, scope, and tradeoffs without waiting around for direction.
  • •Work closely with customers, design, and product to figure out what’s actually worth building.
  • •Contribute to a high standard of code quality, system design, and operational reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building and operating production systems in a generalist engineering role, with ability to move across the stack (data model, API, UI, deployment).
  • •Strong communication skills, especially in writing, and ability to talk to customers and cross-functional teams.
  • •Comfort with making architecture, scope, and tradeoffs decisions without waiting for direction.
  • •Experience working in or with fast-growing startups and understanding the demands of such environments.
  • •Familiarity with identity, security, distributed systems, or large-scale data systems is a plus.
