Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for Korea and Mongolia and align market priorities with leadership and global business and brand objectives.
  • •Translate strategy into integrated annual and multi-year plans across consumer, product, brand, and client marketing with milestones and success measures.
  • •Lead execution across paid, owned, and earned media, social, content, consumer experiences, events, and sponsorships with consistent quality and market relevance.
  • •Partner with Client Relationship Management, Visa Consulting and Analytics, Product, and other functions to shape propositions and deliver integrated programs.
  • •Manage and develop the Korea marketing team, set measurement and performance governance, and manage budgets, agencies, partners, and operational processes with compliance and risk management.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
  • •Substantial leadership experience across integrated marketing disciplines, with accountability for strategy, planning, and execution.
  • •Experience leading teams and managing complex programs across multiple functions, senior stakeholders, agencies, and external partners.
  • •Demonstrated ability to connect marketing strategy to client objectives, commercial priorities, and measurable business outcomes.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean (experience engaging stakeholders across regional and global teams preferred).
