Job Summary

Drive day-to-day execution and delivery coordination for Setlist.fm within the Media & Sponsorship division. Partner with product leadership to translate roadmap priorities into well-scoped technical tasks, milestones, statements of work, and delivery plans. Lead alignment across external development partners and multiple technical workstreams, managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and quality to ensure platform stability and successful releases.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate day-to-day technical execution for the Setlist.fm platform, including feature development, site improvements, and bug resolution across external vendor teams.
•Act as the primary point of contact for external development teams, managing priorities, clarifying technical requirements, and ensuring delivery against roadmap goals.
•Translate product and business requirements into well-scoped technical tasks, milestones, statements of work, and delivery plans in partnership with product leadership.
•Coordinate and manage additional technical vendors and contractors across initiatives like data infrastructure, reporting dashboards, and web development projects.
•Track timelines, risks, dependencies, and quality standards across workstreams, proactively flag issues, and support platform stability and performance prior to release.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in technical program management, technical project management, or similar delivery-focused roles for digital product and engineering initiatives on consumer-facing web platforms.
•Strong working knowledge of modern web technologies, development workflows, and software delivery lifecycles to engage credibly with engineering teams.
•Proven experience managing execution through external engineering teams, agencies, vendors, or technical contractors, including creating statements of work and vendor deliverables.
•Ability to translate product requirements into structured execution plans and manage multiple parallel workstreams across distributed teams.
•Excellent communication skills bridging product, business, and technical audiences, with strong organization and comfort operating in ambiguity.
