Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead task order proposal development and support Program Managers in project execution
  • •Manage project teams (design, technical, and administrative staff) and oversee all project facets through subordinate managers and supervisors
  • •Establish project-specific objectives, policies, and deliverables in partnership with Project Directors and Senior Managers
  • •Monitor project financials, schedules, and quality standards; report performance metrics to senior leadership
  • •Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, and subcontractor performance throughout project lifecycle

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or engineering plus a minimum of ten years of related experience managing multidisciplinary projects, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • •Registered Architect or Professional Engineer
  • •Experience with DoD projects
  • •Experience in developing design reports, drawings, and specifications
