Job Function: Strategy & Corporate Development

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and structure strategic problems and guide cross-functional stakeholders to decisions, leveraging internal and external research to detail implications and tradeoffs.
  • •Own operational projects end-to-end from definition to implementation, tackling ambiguous, messy problems with minimal prescriptions.
  • •Address operational problems at the intersection of hardware and software systems, including inventory management, asset-tracking, and production data capture.
  • •Develop insights from business systems (ERP, MRP, HRIS) using tools like Excel and Palantir Foundry to improve processes and measure performance.
  • •Conduct scrappy analyses for quick answers while also building scalable solutions for long-term success.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, internal operations, or a business analyst role focusing on getting things done
  • •Self-driven and relentlessly proactive; able to move without direction
