Build and own the Uganda country finance function largely from scratch to drive regional financial efficiency. Own monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting while establishing robust accounting procedures and ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Partner with local and regional stakeholders to provide financial insights, manage auditors and tax authorities, and integrate the country into Eleving Group’s financial ecosystem.
