Job Summary

Support the Pratt & Whitney Oklahoma City F117 Heavy Maintenance Center by tracking engine and external repair parts to meet production schedules. Partner with HMC Operations across engine disassembly, repair, assembly, and test gates, ensuring parts are kitted, stored, sourced, and released to assembly cells. Use SAP daily for parts tracking, purchase orders, and reconciliation, and use Microsoft Office for scheduling, reporting, and production meeting updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide direct support to F117 HMC Operations by ensuring required parts are kitted and ready for assembly by scheduled dates.
•Support Gate 1–4 activities, including shipment, storage/review of scrap, sourcing/swapping parts, releasing build kits to assembly cells, and supporting the engine test cell.
•Track serviceable and replacement parts using SAP, including issuing purchase orders and performing production order reconciliation.
•Use Microsoft Office for scheduling, reporting, internal communications, and updating weekly/monthly materials statuses.
•Attend daily production meetings and coordinate with a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider to keep parts movement and kitting aligned to standard work and the production schedule.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience; or an Associate Degree with 4+ years; or a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years (or an Advanced Degree).
•2+ years of SAP experience.
•1+ years of Microsoft Office Suite experience.
•Prior material scheduling experience in an aerospace Maintenance Repair & Operations environment.
•Demonstrated commitment to Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and best practices.
