Key Responsibilities

  • •Define what an AI-native marketing partner should become and build products that move from unclear problems to real, useful, and adopted solutions.
  • •Translate customer struggles into simple experiences and determine what to build, not build, and learn first.
  • •Design products around agents that can reason, take initiative, coordinate work, learn from feedback, and earn trust to act on a customer’s behalf.
  • •Move fluidly between strategy, prototyping, customer conversations, data analysis, writing, and delivery using AI tools to speed up execution.
  • •Drive lightweight systems for product review and decision-making, improving velocity while maintaining autonomy for an incubation-stage product.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience building and scaling customer-facing software from early discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration.
  • •Hands-on experience building AI products, or the ability to quickly understand LLMs, agents, memory systems, evaluations, orchestration, and responsible deployment trade-offs.
  • •Ability to define success metrics, interpret incomplete data, design experiments, and separate real customer value from superficial engagement.
  • •Experience interviewing customers and turning insights into product copy, prototypes, and analysis of product behavior.
  • •Direct collaboration with designers and engineers throughout execution.
