Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive execution of the wholesale strategic plan across regions and categories, tracking progress and ensuring action plans are delivered.
  • •Own the sell-in process and calendar, recommending changes to optimize sell-in and coordinating timely communication with regions and functions (especially GTM and categories).
  • •Act as gatekeeper and expert for strategic commercial initiatives including distribution strategy criteria, trade terms, and service levels; provide guidance to regions for global governance compliance.
  • •Lead preparation of wholesale targets and review sales forecasts with regions and markets prior to submission, flagging risks or opportunities.
  • •Contribute with the Global Wholesale team to set up S&OP, drive Joint Business Plans, and improve processes and tools to share sell-in and sell-out results using relevant retail KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in wholesale sales, commercial strategy, business planning, sales operations, or a related commercial leadership role in a global organization.
  • •Strong understanding of wholesale business models, distribution strategies, customer management, and multi-channel commercial environments, ideally in sporting goods, apparel, retail, or consumer goods.
  • •Proven track record driving commercial growth through strategic planning, forecasting, Joint Business Planning, and sales performance management.
  • •Strong business and financial acumen to translate market, customer, and sales insights into actionable decisions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (advanced qualifications a plus).
