Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct thorough reviews of loan files and loan packages to ensure all required documentation is included.
  • •Analyze transaction types to identify due diligence items and legal documents needed for accurate, compliant closings.
  • •Coordinate with clients, Relationship Managers, and internal teams to open escrow and coordinate loan closings and ensure escrow settlements are accurate prior to funding.
  • •Order, review, and resolve items related to flood certifications, title reports/exceptions, surveys, collateral reports (e.g., appraisals and environmental reports), and insurance requirements.
  • •Complete loan closing and funding packages, perform post-closing follow-up (title policies, endorsements, recorded documents), and maintain open items tracking and pipeline status updates in nCino.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4 to 6 years of commercial loan administration and financial services experience, including loan documentation preparation, closing, and funding.
  • •Proficient understanding of required borrowing entity documents and the ability to assess whether legal documents meet approved credit terms.
  • •Proficient in nCino and Salesforce.
  • •Current knowledge of Real Estate, Construction, Commercial & Industrial, Entertainment, Specialty Lending, Asset Based Lending, and Syndicated Lending loans.
  • •Knowledge of title policies and applicable lending regulations, including RESPA and HMDA; plus a bachelor’s degree and high school diploma/equivalent required.
