Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with technical background in physics, electrical engineering, or computer science (Master’s degree or higher is a plus).
  • •Licensed US Patent Attorney with 5+ years of patent creation experience at a law firm, or a mix of law firm and in-house experience.
  • •Experience handling IP matters including drafting and prosecution, defending IP assertions, and contributing to IP litigation and/or IP licensing.
  • •Prefer subject matter knowledge in audio/video compression/codecs and wireless connectivity technologies such as 3GPP and WiFi.
  • •Strong analytical, intellectual, and communications skills to operate effectively at all internal and external levels.
