Job Summary

Define end-to-end server and enterprise AI/HPC GPU product and system architectures for EPYC and Instinct GPU platforms. Lead outside-in usage case analysis and map across a wide technology stack from silicon and platform hardware/software to system usage, scaling prioritized use cases. Partner with customers and internal architects across processor, SOC, network, IO, and software teams to drive performance, power balance, and cost outcomes, shaping future datacenter compute designs.

Key Responsibilities

•Define server and enterprise AI/HPC GPU product and system architecture, architecting solutions using AMD processors, Instinct GPUs, accelerators, and network components for high-performance computing.
•Analyze outside-in usage cases and create a cohesive end-to-end architecture vision across silicon, platform HW/SW, and usage to deliver strong customer experiences.
•Partner with customers and internal architects/software teams to define requirements for products, systems, and components balancing performance, power, and cost.
•Conduct R&D on next-generation datacenter compute designs to continually improve performance.
•Contribute to product and system architecture execution and influence future datacenter product solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Architect server and enterprise AI/HPC GPU products through end-to-end product and system architecture work.
•Deep knowledge of product architecture and design, including memory, I/O, signal integrity, power integrity, packaging, power delivery, thermal, mechanical, power management, boot process, and FW/hardware management.
•Detailed understanding of server industry standards such as DDR, PCIe, SATA, and other high-speed IO protocols.
•Demonstrated server and GPU products expertise across multiple projects from architecture through bring-up/validation and release to production.
•Bachelors or Masters degree in electrical or computer engineering.
