Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure the ServiceNow FSM module to meet client challenges, developing ITSM solutions tailored to each client
  • •Participate in analysis and optimization of client processes, supporting senior consultants and architects
  • •Attend client workshops to gather functional needs, draft technical specs and user stories, and propose technical and functional recommendations
  • •Contribute to Agile activities including sprint planning and reviews, perform technical configurations, development and testing, and assist in production go-live
  • •Travel to client sites for project delivery as needed

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent university education in engineering or related field
  • •Significant experience of at least 2 years on ServiceNow or 4 years in ITSM
  • •Strong skills in JavaScript and/or Angular.js
  • •CSA and CIS-ITSM certifications are required; additional CSM or HAM certifications are a plus
  • •ITILv4 certification and good knowledge of IT service management processes are also required
