Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead finance technology transformation initiatives, including process redesign and operating model/service delivery design.
  • •Champion advanced finance analytics through education, automation, and demonstrations to improve decision-making.
  • •Partner with Finance and Global Business and Information Services teams to identify analytics opportunities and scalable solutions.
  • •Lead change management efforts across stakeholders, including communications, training, adoption planning, and impact assessments.
  • •Own governance and data integrity for the SAP Business Planning and Consolidation environment and manage a team delivering multiple transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
  • •Master’s degree (MBA or MS/MA) preferred.
  • •10+ years of progressive business experience with experience across business functions and organizational disciplines.
  • •Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks; build reports and dashboards using Power BI, Sigma Computing, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • •Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidations, reporting, and variance analysis; experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Business Planning and Consolidation preferred.
