Job Summary

Design and implement advanced AI/ML solutions that power defense simulation and data-integration environments. Build scalable AI architectures, automate data pipelines for heterogeneous defense and intelligence datasets, and develop/fine-tune large language models and agentic AI frameworks. Create APIs and integration layers to connect AI/ML services into unified simulation and analysis platforms, and support autonomous decision-support and secure sandboxed testing, validation, and deployment. Partner with government and technical stakeholders to meet operational and performance requirements.

•Design and implement advanced AI/ML solutions for defense simulation and data-integration environments.
•Develop and maintain automated data pipelines to ingest, parse, and integrate non-standard defense data, intelligence feeds, and weapon system profiles.
•Design, implement, and fine-tune LLMs and agentic AI frameworks.
•Build and manage APIs and integration layers to connect disparate AI/ML services into unified simulation and analysis environments.
•Support autonomous and semi-autonomous agent systems and advise on secure sandboxed environments for testing, validation, and deployment, collaborating with government and technical stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated ability to design and implement automated data pipelines for complex, heterogeneous defense or intelligence datasets.
•Experience developing and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and building agent-based AI systems.
•Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++ for AI/ML development and system integration.
•Experience designing and implementing APIs for integration of AI/ML services and distributed systems.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or closely related field with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or software engineering.
