Partner Program Manager

Lead operations and continuous improvement for the InterSystems Partner Program, serving as the subject matter expert and primary contact for partners. Manage day-to-day partner tools and governance activities (renewals, compliance, benefits administration), and partner with cross-functional teams to automate processes and improve efficiency, scalability, and partner experience. Build and maintain program metrics, dashboards, and reports to track partner engagement and performance, ensure data quality, and support onboarding and ongoing participation.
