Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the Partner Program, advising partners and internal stakeholders on policies, benefits, processes, and requirements.
  • •Manage day-to-day Partner Program operations, including administration of partner tools and systems such as SharePoint, Partner Directory, Partner Portal, and Competency Tracker.
  • •Oversee partner governance activities including renewals, compliance, and program benefit administration.
  • •Develop and maintain program metrics, dashboards, and reports; analyze partner performance, adoption, engagement trends, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Sales Operations, Professional Services, Learning Services, Marketing, Legal, CRM, Product) to implement new processes and automation and improve partner onboarding and participation.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of experience in partner programs, partner operations, channel management, or related business operations.
  • •Experience with Pega, PRM, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools; workflow automation experience is a plus.
