Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead designer responsibilities within a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate design across architectural and engineering disciplines to deliver integrated outputs.
  • •Produce and coordinate design information through RIBA Stages, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and design quality throughout delivery.
  • •Review and approve drawing information, liaise with design/drafting teams, and deliver design packages of moderate to high complexity.
  • •Present to clients and prospective clients and support design proposals for new build, refurbishment, and compliance upgrades.
  • •Manage workloads and timelines, including line management and mentoring of less experienced team members.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Fully qualified architect with ARB registration, with proven experience on large multi-disciplinary design projects, preferably infrastructure.
  • •Experience working on infrastructure design areas under guidance of Associate Directors and/or Directors.
  • •A degree qualification, preferably Diploma or Masters, and ability to show professional development and learning.
  • •Knowledge of UK building systems, standards, and regulations and relevant construction types and building contracts.
  • •IT literate, with knowledge of CAD software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
