Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform physical design of blocks to meet specifications and challenging power, area, and performance constraints.
  • •Work on high-cell-count and high-speed (HS) blocks and resolve complex timing and congestion issues.
  • •Execute physical design development across the RTL2GDS flow, including synthesis, power/clock distribution, place and route, timing closure, and physical verification.
  • •Conduct power and noise analysis and support physical verification activities.
  • •Contribute to and improve in-flows development for physical design.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience in physical design.
  • •Proven experience with RTL2GDS flows and methodologies.
  • •Knowledge of physical design flows such as PNR and STA, plus physical verification.
  • •Familiarity with physical design verification using LVS/DRC and EDA tools such as Synopsys or Cadence.
