Key Responsibilities

  • •Ability to interpret and apply labor/employment regulatory frameworks including FLSA, EEO, and FMLA, plus applicable FAR/DFARS clauses.
  • •Experience with HRIS or timekeeping systems (Costpoint, Deltek preferred).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and strong confidentiality/data accuracy skills.
