Job Summary

Manage and grow strategic partner marketing relationships by developing and executing MDF-funded partner marketing programs. Serve as the primary liaison between vendor partners and internal global marketing teams, coordinating deliverables, communications, reporting, and reimbursement processes to drive partner engagement and ROI. Foster partner channel relationships, create annual marketing packages, track MDF/Co-op commitments and spend, measure performance with quarterly Proof of Performance, and support invoicing and billing issue escalations.

Key Responsibilities

•Foster and nurture partner channel relationships and provide content guidance for partner marketing materials.
•Execute MDF-funded partner marketing deliverables in collaboration with global marketing team peers.
•Develop partner marketing plans and support annual marketing package development.
•Manage partner MDF/Co-op commitments, collections, spend tracking, and compliance using partner portals.
•Measure marketing effectiveness with quarterly Proof of Performance (POP) reporting and coordinate with procurement/accounting for reimbursement and invoicing support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
•Minimum five years of prior marketing experience preferred.
•B-to-B experience in the Audio Visual, UCC, or Technology field desirable.
•Demonstrated experience working with technology partners.
•Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
