Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver ML-powered product features end-to-end, from data pipelines and model integration through serving, monitoring, and production iteration.
  • •Work with scientists to productionize research outputs into reliable, user-facing features.
  • •Build and maintain ML infrastructure including model serving, inference pipelines, LLM integrations, and evaluation frameworks.
  • •Participate in technical design discussions and architecture decisions, with increasing influence across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience with a meaningful focus on ML engineering, MLOps, or building ML-powered products.
  • •Fluent in Python (Ruby proficiency is a plus) and strong production ML experience including model serving, inference pipelines, and monitoring.
  • •Experience integrating LLMs into production systems, including prompt engineering, evaluation, and/or multi-provider setups.
  • •Comfortable working with SQL and data infrastructure, including data pipelines, transformations, and data quality.
  • •Experience deploying and operating containerized ML systems using Docker and Kubernetes, with cloud infrastructure such as AWS.
