Key Responsibilities

•Assist with the monthly close by preparing and posting journal entries and loading EMEA trial balances.
•Prepare monthly financial reporting, including P&Ls, Balance Sheets, and territory schedules.
•Perform daily/monthly reconciliations using JD Edwards, BlackLine, and Hyperion to ensure data consistency across systems.
•Support internal and external audits by pulling required files, ensuring compliance with US/Local GAAP, and following SOX guidelines.
•Monitor intercompany billing and help update and track the Fixed Asset register, while streamlining reporting and documenting procedures.

Key Requirements

•Part-qualified accountant (or working towards it) with a solid understanding of financial processes, Local/US GAAP, and SOX compliance.
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP) and comfortable working with finance systems such as JD Edwards, Hyperion, and BlackLine.
•Ability to extract data from systems, verify accuracy, and analyze numbers to identify trends or solve problems.
•Fluent in French and English, with confidence to clearly communicate financial information and build relationships with US and EMEA teams.
•Proactive, organized, and able to handle tight deadlines while growing within the accounting team.
