Key Responsibilities

•Architect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
•Design data models, security architecture, sharing models, and role hierarchies; document solution designs and governance standards.
•Define and implement integrations (REST/SOAP/Bulk/Streaming), event-driven patterns, and secure authentication; ensure scalability and monitoring.
•Implement Data Cloud for unified customer profiles, including identity resolution, harmonization, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation.
•Architect AI-driven CRM use cases (predictive scoring, Next Best Action, and generative AI) and build automation using flows and Apex-based orchestration.

Key Requirements

•7–10+ years of Salesforce experience and 3+ years in an architect or technical lead capacity.
•Deep hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL.
•Experience designing Salesforce integration architecture and building Service Cloud and Data Cloud solutions.
•Experience implementing ETL and reverse ETL pipelines, including data transformations, deduplication, and reconciliation.
•Strong understanding of identity, security, and access models, plus experience delivering in Agile environments.
