Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment
  • •Results-oriented leadership with strong sales execution and goal/KPI management
  • •Strong communication skills with a “Care” approach in both written and verbal communication
  • •Ability to recruit, retain, and develop teams, including succession planning and internal mobility
