Key Responsibilities

  • •Rotate through various job responsibilities and tasks within your assigned workspace on an hourly basis.
  • •Safely operate industrial machinery.
  • •Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
  • •Maintain commitment to quality throughout the production process.
  • •Conduct routine machinery inspections, report wear/damage/malfunction to supervisors and maintenance, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
  • •Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • •Ability to work around environmental elements including moving mechanical equipment, loud noise, and dust.
  • •1–3 years of manufacturing/industrial experience is a plus, and knowledge of the lumber manufacturing process is an asset.
  • •Excellent teamwork skills and attention to detail, with a desire to learn and grow.
